Are you a real manufacturer or trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer with 19‑year experience specializing in metal railing, glass balustrade and garden fencing. All production processes are completed in‑house, from raw material cutting, welding, surface treatment to final QC inspection. We welcome factory visits or online video plant tours.
Do you support OEM & ODM custom projects?
Yes, OEM and ODM are our core services. We can produce according to your drawings, sketches, dimension requirements, color specifications and project styles. Custom logo, packing and documentation are also available for bulk orders.
What materials are available for your railing and fencing?
Our main materials include aluminum alloy, hot‑dip galvanized steel, 304 / 316 stainless steel, tempered laminated glass and WPC composite. For coastal salt‑spray areas, we recommend 316 stainless steel or double‑treatment galvanized + powder‑coated solutions for better anti‑rust performance.
What surface finish options do you offer?
Main finishes: hot‑dip galvanizing, powder‑coating (60‑80μm thickness), brushed / polished stainless steel. Multiple RAL color options are available for powder coating.
Can I get samples before placing bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost will be charged, and freight cost is on buyer’s side. Sample payment can be partially refunded when you confirm large‑volume formal orders.
What information should I provide for an accurate quotation?
To give you precise quotation, please share: product type, dimensions (height/length/thickness), material grade, surface finish / color, order quantity, destination port and special project requirements.
What is your production lead‑time?
For custom railing & fencing: 15‑25 working days upon deposit receipt and drawing confirmation. Rush orders can be supported upon negotiation.
